Chief Executive Officer of WTE Group
A bilingual graduate in Pharmacy, José Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Trials, a Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry, and an Executive MBA from the EAE (Educational Academy of Sciences). After working as a researcher at San Pablo CEU University and at the Madrid Sanchinarro Hospital, he joined the Asseco Group in 2015. There, he coordinates Asseco Group’s businesses and represents Asseco Spain’s shareholders in the Western Europe region, in addition to leading new business development and back-office management for the Asseco Spain Group companies. He was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of Asseco Spain and a member of the Boards of Directors of Valorista and Random CI. He became Chief Executive Officer of Asseco Spain Group in September 2016.

Chief Technical Officer of WTE Group
As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector and an academic background in Computer Engineering, Big Data, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence, I have built my career in leading multinational companies, contributing value from both a technical excellence and business strategy perspective.
Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in product development, technical leadership, and innovation management, standing out for my ability to translate deep technical complexity into measurable business impact. I have led multidisciplinary teams and collaborated with stakeholders and clients to validate and deploy solutions in real-world, mission-critical environments, ensuring quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Currently, as CTO, I lead the integration of cutting-edge AI research into production systems, balancing innovation, reliability, and scalability. I am responsible for driving the implementation of AI platforms designed to automate mission-critical operations, guiding teams toward technical excellence and incorporating the latest advances in multi-agent systems and autonomous architectures.
My role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence at the executive level, helping to define and execute the company’s technological and strategic vision, and actively contributing to shaping the future of enterprise AI.

Chief Financial Officer of WTE Group
A graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona and with a Master's degree in Finance from ESADE, Juan Carlos has over 20 years of experience as a Finance Director and Business Controller in multinational companies across various sectors, particularly in IT consulting and technology outsourcing firms (Computer Sciences Corporation) and wholesale distribution companies (Autodesk, Spicers, and Adveo). He currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Managing Director of WTE Spain
Professional with 25 years of experience in the technology sector. Holds a degree in Information Systems Management and an Executive MBA.
He has developed his career in leading technology companies, with a strong focus on service delivery, project management, and business development across sectors such as Public Administration, transportation, banking, and energy.
Between 2001 and 2004, he led a technology entrepreneurial project in the SMB sector. In 2004, he joined Getronics within the banking support and services division of Olivetti (acquired by Getronics). In 2006, he joined the Raxon Group as Head of Infrastructure, where he played a key role in designing global solutions for data centers. Following Raxon’s integration into the Asseco Group in 2009, he served as Senior Presales Consultant Manager for Data Center solutions (server & storage) for vendors such as Dell and Fujitsu. In 2011, he was appointed Head of the Self-Service Control & Monitoring Solutions division, a position he held until 2018.
At the end of 2018, he joined Valorista SLU as General Manager, a role he held until 2024. In 2025, he assumed the position of COO at Asseco Spain, leading business strategy and solution development with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and IoT initiatives.

Chief Executive Officer of WTE USA
Rich Wanden is a global technology leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations modernize, scale, and innovate through software. As President and Chief Executive Officer of World Tech Enterprises USA, he leads operations across the United States, Canada, and Australia—guiding the company’s mission to redefine how enterprise software is built through agentic, AI-native development. Rich’s career spans senior roles with Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, LogicaCMG, Computer Sciences Corporation, Tech Mahindra, and most recently Accelerance, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Throughout these roles, he has led large-scale transformation programs, built high-performing global delivery networks, and helped enterprises embrace new technologies with measurable business impact. Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, Rich has lived and worked in Japan, Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States, gaining a deep understanding of how technology connects people and drives progress. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Philosophy in Management Studies and Labor Relations from the University of Auckland. Rich now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he continues to champion a more intelligent, agile, and human-centered future for software development. In 2025 Rich joined WTE as President and CEO of the USA business in order to expand the AI solutions throughout North America and the Asia Pacific region.

Chief Communication Officer of WTE Group (external)
Industrial engineer from the UPM, with several postgraduate degrees: MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and Leadership Programmes in Public Management and Communication from IESE and Harvard Business School.
I began my professional career in the Communications Office of the Presidency of the Community of Madrid, where I spent eight years developing much of the corporate communications for the Community of Madrid. I have a genuine passion for public service.
After my time in regional government, I made the leap to the private sector. I started at Bankia, where I spent a year as assistant to the director of communications. From the financial sector, I moved to the infrastructure sector: FCC. A company where I have spent 10 years developing corporate communications and marketing in more than 25 countries and for more than 78,000 employees.
