From improved customer experience to smart payment services and intelligent bots, Asseco has showcased innovative cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) projects implemented for clients in Poland, Spain, Serbia, and Slovakia, among others.
The Asseco Group is a group of companies operating in 62 countries around the world. The Group is led by Asseco Poland, a leader in digitalization in Poland. The company’s international expansion began in 2004, when it publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) and invested the funds raised in Central European markets. The Asseco Group subsequently developed operations in Western Europe, Southeast Europe, and Scandinavia. In 2010, the Group began operations in Israel and the United States, which was linked to the acquisition of Formula Systems Group. The following years saw its entry into markets in Africa and Portuguese-speaking countries, among others.
Since 2004, Asseco has made 140 acquisitions, strengthening its position among the leading producers of software that supports the most important business processes of companies in key economic sectors. Currently, the company focuses on ongoing projects and the development of innovations, in which artificial intelligence and the cloud play an important role.
“Everyone is talking about artificial intelligence these days. At Asseco Group, we’ve been implementing AI in solutions offered to our customers, but we’ve also been constantly looking for new ideas on how to use this technology. The projects we’ve been implementing exemplify that there are many areas where AI can bring tangible benefits. Solutions that are well-received in local markets are then offered to companies in other countries. The cooperation of Asseco Group companies, the exchange of knowledge and experience, means that our software supports organizations in 62 countries on six continents, something we are immensely proud of,” says Adam Góral, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Poland.
“Artificial intelligence can improve the performance of many tasks, eliminate errors, or remove bottlenecks. This doesn’t necessarily require revolutionary changes in an organization. It’s worth first using intelligent algorithms to optimize individual business processes. This could include, for example, streamlining work with electronic documents or improving the efficiency of retailers,” explains Rafał Kozłowski, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Enterprise Solutions.
“We have embarked on a new industrial revolution, driven by AI. As Asseco Spain, we continue to develop innovative tools and seek technological solutions that not only respond to current needs but also meet the demands of the future. Asseco Spain Group is poised to strengthen its leading position in the Spanish market by expanding its expertise in strategic areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation,” says José Antonio Pinilla Pérez, CEO of the Asseco Spain Group.
The event provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships between the various markets in which the group operates and to share high-impact technological advances.
During the sessions, key topics were addressed, such as digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence in the business environment, and innovation applied to strategic sectors such as public health and financial services. Collaboration between the various Asseco teams enabled a constructive dialogue on how to continue promoting technological solutions that respond to future challenges.
Asseco Spain Group consolidates its leadership in the creation of technologies that provide real value to organizations, thus continuing to contribute to the development of society.
