These messages are fraudulent and do not reflect any simulation or test. Their goal is to obtain confidential information or provoke actions that could compromise both the company and you personally.
How to identify a suspicious message?
🔎 Check the phone number.
Do you recognize it as belonging to the person claiming to be? If it doesn’t sound familiar or doesn’t match the usual ones, be suspicious.
📝 Analyze the message content.
Is the request unusual, urgent, or does it raise questions? Does it include requests for sensitive data or immediate actions like transfers or downloads?
🗣️ Pay attention to language
Spelling mistakes, an overly insistent or unusual tone can be red flags.
✅ Verify through another channel
If you have the slightest suspicion, always confirm the authenticity of the message by contacting us through other secure means: corporate email, phone call, or Teams.
What to do if you receive a suspicious message?
