Asseco Spain Group consolidates its position as a comprehensive information technology services company offering a wide range of 360-degree solutions. With this new holding company, the company adopts a more strategic approach and creates three new specialized brands, each focused on high-value technological customization.
The new Asseco Spain Group corporate holding company will be comprised of: Sora Anzen Company (specializing in cybersecurity), AID Solutions (specializing in AI, data analytics, and IoT), Raxon (specializing in infrastructure and IT solutions), and Valorista (specializing in global IT solutions and high-value services). Through this decision, the company seeks to make a difference, generate a significant impact on the market, and continue to lead the technological transformation.
